Boeing has withdrawn its offer of a 30% pay increase for over 30,000 striking workers after negotiations with union representatives stalled.

The union, which had demanded a 40% wage hike and the return of pension benefits, rejected Boeingโ€™s proposal.

The company described the offer as its final, but since talks have not progressed, it has been retracted.

The ongoing strike continues to affect Boeing’s production on the U.S. West Coast. Future negotiations are now uncertain.
